Data Deletion

StorePilot is operated by Zipf LLC. Everything StorePilot reads from a connected platform, and everything it derives from that data, can be deleted — by you, at any time, without contacting us. This page explains how.

1. Disconnect a platform

Disconnecting is the fastest and most complete action. Sign in at app.storepilothq.com → Connections → choose the platform → Disconnect. On disconnect we:

• revoke the stored access and refresh tokens and delete them from our encrypted vault;
• stop all scheduled reads for that platform immediately;
• delete the operational data we recorded from it — orders, order line items, inventory, returns, advertising spend and derived metrics.

2. Delete specific data without disconnecting

If you want to keep a connection but remove what StorePilot has stored, each category has its own delete control in the app:

• Recorded history — the per-store fact store of orders, returns and ad spend.
• Documents — anything you uploaded or that we ingested from a connected drive or inbox, together with the search index built from it.
• Configuration you supplied — landed costs, supplier lead times, product mappings.
• Memory, rules and workflows — every entry is individually deletable.

Each delete removes the source records and anything derived from them.

3. Remove StorePilot's access from the platform side

You can also revoke access from the platform itself, which stops all future reads regardless of anything in our app:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram advertising): Meta Business Settings → Business integrations → StorePilot → Remove. You may also remove the app from your personal Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Google (Drive, Gmail, Google Ads): go to myaccount.google.com/connections → StorePilot → Remove access. This immediately invalidates our access and refresh tokens for every Google service you connected.
• Shopify: Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → StorePilot → Uninstall.
• Amazon: Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps → revoke authorization.
• eBay: My eBay → Account → Site Preferences → Third-Party Authorizations → remove.
• Walmart: Seller Center → Settings → API → revoke the StorePilot key.
• TikTok Shop: Seller Center → Authorized Services → StorePilot → cancel authorization.

Revoking on the platform side leaves any data already recorded in StorePilot in place. To remove that as well, also disconnect in the app (section 1) or email us (section 4).

4. Delete your entire account

Email privacy@storepilothq.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request, revoke every connected platform, and delete your account data and all associated store data within 30 days. Backups containing the data are purged on their normal rotation, within 90 days. We retain only what we are legally required to keep, such as billing records for tax purposes.

5. Buyer personal data

StorePilot does not retain buyers' personal information at rest. Where an operation requires buyer details, we read them live from the marketplace and never copy them into our own records or move them off the platform they originate on. There is therefore no buyer personal data in StorePilot to delete.

6. Advertising data

Where you connect an advertising account — Meta, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, eBay Promoted Listings — we read aggregate performance data only: spend, impressions, clicks, and the platform's own reported conversions, by campaign and day. We do not receive or store audience lists, customer-matched audiences, or any individual's advertising identifiers. This data is deleted when you disconnect the advertising account.
