How it works

Read the real state. Find ways to grow. Wait for your call.

StorePilot runs a tight loop over your live store — spotting ways to grow, and stopping at the one place that matters.

01 · READ

Reads live state

Orders, inventory, ad spend and returns pulled live from every channel — never a stale spreadsheet.

02 · FIND GROWTH

Finds ways to grow sales

Studies your best and slow sellers, pricing and trends, then proactively suggests concrete moves to sell more — powered by Claude.

03 · PROPOSE

Proposes an exact action

Turns intent into a precise, auditable action: reprice a SKU, issue a refund, restock, adjust a budget.

04 · GATE

Stops at the money-gate

Every move that spends money or edits a listing pauses for your explicit approval. Default spend: $0.

05 · ACT + LOG

Acts, then logs it

On your yes, it executes and writes an audit trail — who, what, when, why. Otherwise, nothing changes.

Bespoke, not boxed

Built around how you run your stores — not the other way around.

Off-the-shelf software makes you adapt to it: its workflows, its assumptions, its idea of what matters. StorePilot works the opposite way. Before anything runs, we sit down with you and learn your operation — then shape the agent to it.

It starts with a conversation

Your channels, your suppliers, your margins, what keeps you up at night — we scope the agent to the workflows you actually want off your plate, not a feature list.

It runs on your facts

Your landed costs, supplier lead times, SKU quirks, approval thresholds. The agent's advice is computed from your numbers — never industry averages wearing your logo.

It keeps adapting

Every approval and rejection teaches it what you care about. Need a workflow it doesn't have? That's a conversation, not a feature-request ticket into the void.

The money-gate

Autonomous where it's safe.
Human where it matters.

The whole point of StorePilot is that it never quietly spends your money or changes a live listing. Anything with a dollar impact pauses and waits for you.

  • Nothing spends money or edits a listing without your explicit approval.
  • Default autonomous spend is $0 — you opt in, per rule, on your terms.
  • Every decision is logged: who approved, what changed, when, and why.
  • Refunds auto-approve only under your threshold, and only once the item is actually back.

Why StorePilot

An operator that grows your store — that you can actually trust.

Proactive growth suggestions

StorePilot studies your store's performance and comes back with specific, practical moves to grow sales — you choose what to run.

Always live, never stale

Ask "today's sales" and it reads the live API — never a months-old spreadsheet. It'll say "I don't know" before it guesses.

Proactive daily digest

A morning report on what needs you: pending refunds, low stock, oversells, ad spend — before you ask.

Your data stays put

Least-privilege access, encrypted throughout, and buyer PII never leaves the platform it lives on.

Every channel, one place

Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and TikTok Shop — sales, stock, ads and returns, unified.

Reasoned with Claude

Built on Anthropic's Claude — strong reasoning for routing, judgment and clear, cited answers.

Trust & security

You're handing over your storefront. We treat it that way.

Encrypted end to end

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Tokens live in an encrypted vault, never in plaintext.

Least-privilege access

Each channel is authorized with the minimum scopes, per tenant, and fully isolated.

No buyer PII at rest

Buyer names and addresses stay on-platform. We read them live, we never warehouse them.

Audited & gated

Every write is owner-approved and logged. You can see exactly what happened and why.

Google data

What StorePilot asks Google for, and why.

Google Ads — read-only

Once you connect a Google Ads account, StorePilot reads its campaign, ad group and ad performance — cost, impressions, clicks and conversions — about once a day. It combines that spend with your sales, product margins and stock levels, so you can see which ads actually earn a profit and which are spending on products that are out of stock. StorePilot does not create, edit, pause or delete anything in your Google Ads account.

Google Drive — read-only

If you connect Drive, StorePilot indexes the documents in the specific folder you point it at — supplier terms, your own playbooks, house rules — so the agent answers questions about how your store operates instead of guessing from generic advice. It never writes to your Drive.

Gmail — read, and send only what you approve

If you connect Gmail, StorePilot reads a bounded window of your recent messages so supplier replies and marketplace notices show up alongside the rest of your operations instead of being missed. It can also draft a reply for you — but nothing leaves your mailbox until you have read that exact draft and approved it, one message at a time. Never in bulk, never automatically. It does not delete or modify mail.

We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use your buyers' personal information to train models. You can disconnect any Google account at any time — that revokes our access and deletes what we stored from it. See Data deletion and our Privacy Policy.

Questions

The things sellers actually ask.

Which marketplaces does it work with?

Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and TikTok Shop. You don't need all five — it works with a single store, though seeing every channel in one place is where it earns its keep. Selling somewhere we don't cover yet? Tell us and we'll add it.

Can you add bespoke features?

Yes. Much of what StorePilot does today started as one seller's specific problem. Describe the workflow you want handled and we'll scope it with you.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No code, and nothing to install. Each channel is authorized through that platform's own login screen — the same flow you'd use for any app. And you won't be doing it alone: we set the whole thing up with you and get every channel connected.

Do I have to upload my documents somewhere?

No. You give StorePilot read-only access to a Google Drive folder or your inbox, and it reads what it needs at the moment you ask a question — then forgets it. Your files stay in your Drive. There's no copy of them sitting in our database.

Is this another one-size-fits-all SaaS?

No — that's the point. Generic tools ship the same dashboards to everyone and leave the fitting to you. StorePilot is set up with you: we learn how your business runs, load it with your costs and constraints, and tune what it watches and when it asks. Two sellers on StorePilot get two different operators.

Do you train AI models on my store's data?

No. Claude is our sub-processor under a commercial agreement with zero data retention: your data isn't used to train models and isn't kept after the request is answered. It's in our privacy policy in writing, not just as a promise.

Could another customer's account ever see my numbers?

Every account is a separate tenant with its own encrypted credential vault, and each channel is authorized with the minimum scopes it needs. Your marketplace tokens are encrypted at rest, every query is scoped to your account, and no request can reach data outside it.

What happens to my buyers' personal information?

It stays on the marketplace. StorePilot reads buyer details live when it needs them for a refund or an order lookup, and never warehouses names, addresses or payment data. Anything it writes goes back on-platform — buyer data is never moved into another system.

Our policy requires data residency or on-premise. Is that possible?

StorePilot is hosted today. If your policy needs a specific region, or everything inside your own infrastructure, tell us what the requirement is and we'll scope it honestly — including telling you if it isn't a fit yet.

How long will it take?

Connecting stores you already run takes minutes. Bespoke work depends entirely on what it is — some things land in a couple of weeks, deeper integrations take months. We'll tell you which before you commit, not after.

What does it cost?

StorePilot Standard is $99 every 30 days or $999 per year after a 3-day free trial. Shopify bills the subscription directly, and there are no setup, usage-based, or additional app charges. See pricing details.
